- My name is Ian Lyon and i am part of Glasgow Parkour, one of the biggest communities of Traceurs and Traceuses in the UK. I found parkour in early 2007 and since then i have loved every second of it. I think i take my parkour quite seriously but i obviuosly enjoy a good laugh. I hope to continue my journey in this amazing discipline/lifestyle for many years to come...
